Eligibility Criteria
Must be practicing as an Advocate in Civil and/or Criminal Courts as of the last date of application submission.
Candidates who obtained their Law Degree from 2009-2010 onwards must have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) to be considered a practicing Advocate
📢 Note: Candidates who have not studied Gujarati in SSC or HSC must appear for a Gujarati Language Test along with the Preliminary Exam.
